Who we are
This CRM is a free tool made by Overdrive Software LLC, 4865 Antrim Drive, Sarasota, FL 34240. In this page, "we" means us. "You" means anyone who uses the tool.
What we keep
- Your name and email.
- Your password, kept only as a scrambled code. We cannot read it.
- If you sign in with Microsoft: your name, your email and an account number Microsoft gives us. We never see your Microsoft password.
- What you and your team type in: deals, clients, contacts, notes, comments, files you import, and the fields and stages you set up.
- Counts, like how many records your CRM has, and when it hits steps like its first deal.
- Which setup steps you have done, and your answers if you reply to a question from Grant.
People in your CRM
Your CRM will hold details about other people, like your customers' names, emails and phone numbers. You decide what goes in and you are in charge of it. We only store it so you and your team can use it. We never contact those people, never look through it, and never sell it. If someone asks you to delete their details, you can delete their record at any time.
Why we keep it
- To run your CRM and show it to your team.
- To email you about your account, like a sign in link or an invite.
- So Grant, who runs Overdrive, can reach out about building custom software for you.
What Grant gets
Grant gets a short note at a few points. Here is each one:
- When you sign up: your name, your email, your company's web address from your email, and where you came from, like an ad or a link.
- When a teammate joins: their name and email, and the CRM owner's name and email.
- When your CRM gets to a few sizes, wins its first deal, grows to three or more people, or finishes the setup steps: a note with the count or the step. Never what is in your records.
- Your answers to his questions, and any time you say yes to a tool built for you. A yes also sends how many records your CRM has.
These notes are so Grant can reach out about building custom software. He keeps them in his email and his customer list, which is stored with a service called Supabase. You can tell him no at any time.
What we never do
- We do not look through your records. They are locked with a key on our server.
- We do not sell your records or your data.
- We do not share it for ads.
A few services help us run the tool. Cloudflare hosts it and stores the data. Resend sends our emails. Supabase holds Grant's customer list. If you pick Sign in with Microsoft, Microsoft checks who you are. They only use your data to do that job for us.
The letters on our pages come from Google Fonts. Your browser gets the font files from Google, so Google sees your IP address when that happens. We do not send Google anything else.
Our host sees your IP address to keep the tool safe, like slowing down someone who guesses passwords. We do not store it.
Cookies
We use one cookie to keep you signed in. Your browser also saves a few settings, like light or dark mode and which groups you folded up. That is it. No tracking and no ads, so there is no cookie banner.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while you have an account. When you delete it, it is gone from the tool right away. That includes any answers you typed to Grant in a shared CRM. Our database host keeps automatic backups for up to 30 days. After that, the deleted data is gone for good. Grant's notes in his email and customer list stay until you ask. Ask, and he will delete them too.
How to delete your data
Go to the Account page and pick Delete my account. If you own a CRM, you can delete it and all its records there too. Or email grant@overdriveautomations.com and we will do it for you.
Your rights
If you live in California or the EU, you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to fix it, or ask us to delete it. Anyone else can ask too. Email us and we will reply within 30 days. We will never treat you worse for asking.
Kids
This tool is for work. It is not for anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this page in a big way, we will email you first.
